On December 8, Jiangsu Green Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Green Power"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green International Holding, and relevant leaders of PowerChina Guizhou Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PowerChina Guizhou") invited to visit Jiangsu Zhonghe Sunshine New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Zhonghe Sunshine"), the three parties had friendly and in-depth exchanges on future new energy power station development cooperation and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
As long-term partners, Green Power and PowerChina Guizhou have abundant cooperation in new energy power station development, joint investment, and general contracting of construction. Jiangsu Zhonghe Sunshine, as a local comprehensive energy enterprise, has good resource relations in Huai'an and some areas in China.
The three parties have clarified the purpose of cooperation, actively responded to the goal of carbon neutrality at the peak of carbon, and carried out cooperation in green planning, green design, green investment, green development, and green consumption to provide energy security for local economic and social development.
The three parties discussed and exchanged ideas on how to further deepen cooperation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement", which reached an agreement on the promotion of the whole county in Huai'an area and the future implementation of 4MW rooftop distributed projects. In the future, we will continue to strengthen resource sharing, complement each other's advantages, and join forces to contribute to the domestic 3060 double carbon goal.
